摘要 电磁悬浮熔炼是利用电磁悬浮力实现对高导电率材料悬浮熔炼的一种无坩埚材料加工处理技术,在熔炼过程中避免材料与容器壁接触,是研究、制备高纯材料不可或缺的,具有诸多优点.本文介绍自行研制的高导电率材料电磁悬浮和熔化演示实验装置及其有趣的实验现象,对电磁悬浮现象进行了理论分析,并数值计算了几种不同励磁线圈结构电磁悬浮力分布,合理解释了各种实验现象产生原因.该实验装置演示效果极佳,实验现象奇妙,揭示了浅显物理原理.适合对中学、理工科大学学习物理的学生开展直观教学,也适合科技馆向青年学生展示. Electromagnetic levitation melting is a processing technology of without crucible high conductivity materials levitation melting. In the process of smelting, avoid contact with the vessel wall, there are many advantages, is indispensable of research and preparation the high purity material. In this paper, we introduce self- developed high conductivity material electromagnetic levitation melting demonstration experiment device and interesting experiment phenomenon. The theoretical analysis for electromagnetic suspension phenomenon is conducted. The electromagnetic levitation force distribution of several different excitation coil structure is calculated numerically. All sorts of experimental phenomena are explained. The experimental device demonstration effect and phenomena reveal physical principle. Which is suitable for intuitive teaching to students for studying physics in school, also suitable for science and technology museum show to young people.
