阐述了推动马铃薯主粮化的意义、当前存在的问题及解决方法,从生态环境角度提出在河北省地下水超采区发展马铃薯生产应采取的技术和对策。
The paper discussed the significance of promot the staple food of potato, the existing problems and their solutions.The technical countermeasure of developing potato production in groundwater overdrawn areas in Hebei Province was proposed according to the point of ecological environment.
