摘要
作者围绕培育新型农业经营主体这一热点问题,对新型农业经营主体的内涵、形式、相互间的关系以及经营方式进行了探讨,对"适度"经营规模的衡量依据和参考标准进行了分析,提出了扶持新型农业经营主体发展的政策建议。
The connotation, form, mutual relationship of the new agricultural operation entity and the operating mode were discussed by focusing on the cultivation of new agricultural operation entity, the basis of measurement and reference of the proper operating scale were analyzed and the suggestions on the policies of supporting the development of new agricultural operation entity was proposed.
