矮壮素和缩节胺对谷子杂交种生长发育和产量的调控效应 被引量:8

摘要 以谷子杂交种张杂谷11为试材,采用随机区组试验设计,以喷施清水为对照,研究了50%矮壮素溶液喷施浓度2.0、3.0、4.0 mL/L以及25%缩节胺溶液喷施浓度2.0、2.5、3.0 mL/L对谷子杂交种生长发育、产量和光合作用的影响。结果表明:喷施矮壮素可降低谷子株高,提高鞘茎粗、生物产量、单位面积穗数、穗重、穗粒重和出谷率,增强植株抗倒性,增加谷子灌浆期叶片净光合速率、叶面积系数以及乳熟期功能叶片的叶绿素含量,且增产效果显著,适宜施用浓度为2.0~3.0 mL/L;缩节胺具有矮化植株,提高单位面积穗数和产量的调控效应,适宜施用浓度为2.5 mL/L;矮壮素对促进谷子植株生长发育和增加产量的调控效应优于缩节胺。 Regulation effects of the cycocel ( CCC ) and shrink festival amine ( DPC ) to growth and yield of millet hybrid was analyzed in the study, the suitable concentrations of CCC and DPC for millet hybrid were selected.Using millet hybrid Zhangzagu 11 as the material, 50% CCC solution with the concentrations of 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 mL/L and 25% DPC solution with the concentrations of 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 mL/L were sprayed to the plant, water also was sprayed as control, the effects of different concentrations of CCC and DPC on the growth and development, yield, photosynthesis of millet were researched by experiment of randomized block design.The results showed that spraying CCC could reduce the plant height, improve the sheath stem diameter, biological yield, ear number per unit area, panicle weight, grain weight per spike, output rate of grain, lodging resistance, net photosynthetic rate and leaf area coefficient in filling period, chlorophyll content of the function leaves in ratooning buds, then significantly increase the production, the suitable concentrations of CCC was 2.0-3.0 mL/L.DPC with the regulation effect of dwarf, increasing the spike number per unit area and yield, the suitable spraying concentration was 2.5 mL/L.The effect of CCC on improving plant growth and yield of millet was better than that of DPC.
