摘要
目的探讨人性化护理对肿瘤患者行PET/CT检查患者配合度及舒适度的影响。方法选取2014-04—12进行PET/CT检查的260例肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各130例,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上加以人性化护理,比较两组患者检查配合度及舒适度。结果观察组患者检查配合度及舒适度均显著高于对照组,两组患者配合度、舒适度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤患者行PET/CT检查中对患者实施人性化护理,使患者在各方面均达到舒适、愉快的状态,从而主动配合进行检查,对检查的顺利进行起着至关重要的作用。
Objective To explore the influence of hum anistic nursing care on the degree of cooperation and com fort ofcancerpatientsin positron emission tomography-CT（PET/CT）check.Methods 260 cancerpatientsdegree ofcooper-ation and com fort from April to Decem ber 2014 were random ly divided into observation group and control group with 130 cases in each group .The control group were treated with routine nursing measures while the observation group were treated with routine nursing measures and hum anistic nursing care.The degree of cooperation and com fort in PET/CTcheck in both groups were compared.Results The degree of cooperation and comfort in the observation group w as significantly higher than that in the control group ,and the differences of cooperation and com fort degree be-tw een the two groups were of statistical significance （P〈0 .05 ）.Conclusion Hum anistic nursing care plays an im por-tant role in PE T/C Tcheck for cancer patients,w hich can help them get great com fort and pleasure,thus can actively cooperate with the check to ensure the check to go sm oothly.
