电极-SBBR法对沼液硝化反硝化脱氮的研究

Removal of Nitrogen from Biogas Slurry by Nitrification and Denitrification Adopting Electrode-Sequencing Batch Biofilm Reactor

摘要 采用电极-SBBR法处理沼液,在优选工况条件下,探讨了极电压,DO,填料密度等工艺参数对脱氮效果的影响。结果表明,在电极-SBBR反应器内,工况为瞬时进水→厌氧(1.0 h)→曝气(4.0 h,通电)→沉淀(2.0 h,通电)→瞬时出水,极电压为15 V,控制DO在4~5 mg·L^-1范围内,填料密度为30%时,沼液能够取得良好的脱氮效果,NH+4-N,TN去除率分别达到94.44%,88.06%。整个系统能够为发生同步硝化反硝化创造条件,极大地提高了脱氮效率。 With the optimized working condition, the effect of electrodes voltage, dissolved oxygen(DO) and packing den- sity in digester on the removal of nitrogen from biogas slurry were investigated adopting electrode-sequencing batch biofilm reactor (electrode-SBBR). The result showed that it could obtain a satisfied nitrogen removal under the condition of instant inflow+anaerobic for 1h→ aeration & galvanization for 4h→ sedimentation & galvanization for 2h→instant outflow, and condition of electrodes voltage of 15V, DO of 4 ~5 mg ·L^-1, packing density of 30%. The NH4^+-N, TN removal reached 94.44% and 88.06% respectively. Favorable circumstances for simultaneous nitrification & denitrification were provided in the Electrode-SBBR system by above conditioning, and the nitrogen removal vastly enhanced.
