摘要
目的：探讨微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的临床价值。方法：选择我院2010年3月~2013年3月间收治的口腔畸形患者40例作为研究对象,按照数字随机法分为两组,每组20例。对照组采用常规治疗模式,观察组采用微型种植体支抗治疗模式,对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、咀嚼功能以及龈沟液中细胞因子含量。结果：（1）观察组磨牙移位、上中切牙倾角差、上中切牙凸距差分别为（4.0±0.3）mm、（30±8）°、（4.4±1.7）mm,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）观察组出现口腔炎症1例（5.0%）,无软组织水肿、术后不舒适感,不良反应发生率5.0%,明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;（3）观察组患者的咀嚼效率和咬合力高于对照组（P〈0.05）;（4）观察组患者龈沟液中细胞间黏附分子1（CAM1）、基质金属蛋白酶（MMP2）、一氧化氮（NO）、白介素-1β（IL-1β）含量均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：微型种植体支抗对口腔畸形治疗具有重要价值,术后不良反应少、咀嚼功能恢复理想,应用安全。
Objective： To explore the clinical value of micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods; A to- tal of 40 cases with mouth abnormalities were selected in our hospital in 2010 March -2013 year in March as the research ob- jects, and were divided into two groups according to random number table with 20 in each group. Patients in control group had conventional treatment, but patients in the observation group were treated with micro implant treatment mode. Curative effect, adverse reaction incidence rate and masticatory function, cytokine content in gingival crevieular fluid were compared between two groups. Results： There were significant differences in molar shift, hinge angle difference of upper incisor between two groups （P〈0.05）. There were oral inflammation in 1 （5.0%）, soft tissue edema in 0 （0%）, postoperative discomfort, 0 （0%）in the observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions in 1 cases （5.0%） was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Masticatory efficiency and bite force of observation group were higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Intercellular adhesion molecule 1, MMP2, NO content in gingival crevicular fluid of observation group were significant- ly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Micro implant anchorage is effective in the treatment of ortho dontic , with low incidence of adverse reactions and highly salty.
