摘要
校庆是大学回顾历史、反思办学成就、展望未来的基点,充溢着教育意义和文化内涵。然而,随着功利主义和绩效管理思想在大学中的渗透和影响,大学校庆日益凸显功利性和物质性的特征而远离大学本质精神,最终成为影响大学教育教学的异象。这其实是大学批判精神在当代语境下的式微。无论是作为一种仪式、一个文化互动系统或者一种办学行为,校庆都是大学彰显与培养批判精神的独特契机,应通过校庆的文化管理培养与增强大学批判精神。
University anniversary celebration should be rich in instructional and cultural content：reviewing the school educational history,reflecting upon the achievements and looking forward to the future.However,under the influence of utilitarianism and performance management,it is going farther and farther away from university spirit.Basically,it reflects the decline of critical spirit in universities.As a ritual,a cultural interaction or a school-running operation,university anniversary celebration is a unique moment to display and develop critical spirit.
