红外热成像技术在日光温室保温性能检测中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 土墙钢骨架日光温室是青海省建造数量最多的日光温室类型,但日光温室散热途径一直难以观测和计算分析,为了快速准确的检测日光温室散热不保温和设计缺陷,寻求一种快速、不接触、经济简便的测试手段,利用红外热成像技术对日光温室散热途径进行检测,红外线成像图表明温室温度分布情况,直观判断出日光温室散热不保温的原因,可为改进和改造日光温室保温性能提供决策依据。 The solar greenhouses with the earth wall and steel skeleton are widely adopted in Qinghai province. But the heat dissipation of solar greenhouse has been difficult to survey and analysis. For fast and accurate detecting greenhouse heat insulation and design flaws, and seeking a fast, non - contact, economic and simple testing methods, the infrared thermal imaging technology in the solar greenhouse heat dissipation detection was applied. The infrared imaging map shows that the green- house temperature distribution, with which intuitive judge greenhouse heat insulation flaws can be done. The results provide technical support for the improvement and transformation of greenhouse in- sulation properties.
