对大数据时代的图书馆员职业重新做了定位,阐述了金字塔形的图书馆员职业模式——数据馆员、学科馆员和信息智囊,为将图书馆员界定为区别于图书管理员的更专业更高层次的职业建立了完善的理论体系。
This paper repositions librarian’s career in the age of big data, and expounds the pyramid career mode of the librarian： data librarian; subject librarian and information consultant, which establishes a perfect theoretical system for defining the librarian as a more professional and higher level career that is different from the book manager.
