摘要
高校图书馆是一个学校乃至整个地区的重要信息供应中心。在信息化时代背景下,图书馆面临着大数据冲击、读者需求变化、图书馆职能转变和图书馆员角色转变等挑战。为了顺应时代发展的要求,高校图书馆需要做好图书馆定位工作、满足读者信息需求变化、提高图书馆的信息服务能力、转变图书馆员角色等工作。
University library is an important information supply center of a school and even the whole area. In the information age, the main challenges faced by the library are the impact of the big data, the change of reader needs, the transformation of library function, and the shift of librarian＇s role, etc. In order to comply with the time development, university library needs to do well its role positioning work, meet the changing information needs of readers, improve its information service function, and the transform librarian＇ s role of the librarian, improving librarians information processing ability of work, etc.
