摘要
目的:探索中医药信息化的路径。方法:从中医信息化的角度探讨了中医辨证论治的核心内容和哲学思想,并通过回顾分析10余年来在中医智能化辨证所经历的症状、证、证型、辨证的数字化,以及计量指标的病因、病位、病性、病势表述研究,比对模式识别的理论与方法进行评价。结果:辨证论治数字化为智能化辨证探索了一条路径,但对证的智能化分类和识别还存在不足。结论:可以通过中医病、证、治法国家标准在电子病历中实施,以及中医医案的自然语言理解研究,以便在大数据时代更加深入地探索症状与病证的关系和分类。
Objective：To explore the path of the informatization of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Method：From the perspective of TCM informatization, discusses the core content and philosophy of syndrome differentiation of TCM, through the retrospective analysis of 10 years experience in intelligent syndrome differentiation of symptoms, syndrome, digitization of differentiation, and expression studies in measuring index of cause, location, character and tendency of dis- ease, evaluates after comparing the theory and method of pattern recognition. Result ： The digitization of treatment based on syndrome differentiation explores a path for intelligent differentiation, however, there are shortcomings in intelligent clas- sifications and recognition of syndrome. Conclusion：It can implement in through national standard of disease, syndrome and treatment of TCM, understanding and studies of natural language of TCM medical records, to deeply explore the rela- tionship and classification of and syndrome in age of big data.
