摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重建技术在周围型肺癌中的临床诊断效果及其价值。材料与方法:对来笔者所在医院诊断、治疗的72例周围型肺癌患者相关资料进行分析,患者采用16层螺旋CT多平面重建技术(multi-plan reconstruction,MPR)对经过手术或病理证实的周围型肺癌患者重建图像进行分析,分析其诊断效果及价值。结果:MPR诊断时69例分叶征、68例细短毛刺征、62例血管集束征,均多于薄层扫描(P<0.05);两种诊断方法胸膜凹陷、空泡征差异不显著(P>0.05);SSD诊断时66例分叶征、54例胸膜凹陷,多于薄层扫描(P<0.05);SSD诊断中0例空泡征(占0%),低于薄层扫描(P<0.05);两组诊断方法细短毛刺征、血管集束征差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:周围型肺癌发病率较高,临床采用多层螺旋CT多平面重建技术诊断效果理想,值得推广使用。
Purpose： To explore the clinical diagnosis effect of multi planar reconstruction technique of multi-slice spiral CT in peripheral pulmonary carcinoma and its value. Materials and Methods： The related data of 72 patients with peripheral lung cancer diagnosis and treatment to the authorg hospital were analyzed, were treated with multi planar reconstruc- tion technique of 16 slice spiral CT （ multi-plan reconstruction, MPR） of the reconstructed image ＇after peripheral lung cancer confirmed by operation or pathology were analyzed, the diagnosis effect and value analysis. Results： MPR diagnosis of 69 cases of lobulation, 68 cases with fine short spiculation, vascular convergence sign in 62 cases, were more than that of thin layer scanning （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; pleural two diagnostic methods sag, vacuole sign did not show significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; SSD diagnosis of 66 cases of lobulation, 54 cases of pleural indentalion, more than TLC scanning （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; SSD diagnosis in 0 cases of vacuole sign （0%） , lower than the thin layer scanning（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; group two diagnosis methods of fine short spiculation, vascularconvergence sign was not significantly difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Peripheral lung cancer high incidence, clinical use of the ideal of multi-slice spiral CT with multi planar reconstruction technique in diagnosis of effect, it is worth to promote use.
