16层螺旋CT多平面重建技术诊断周围型肺癌的临床应用价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重建技术在周围型肺癌中的临床诊断效果及其价值。材料与方法:对来笔者所在医院诊断、治疗的72例周围型肺癌患者相关资料进行分析,患者采用16层螺旋CT多平面重建技术(multi-plan reconstruction,MPR)对经过手术或病理证实的周围型肺癌患者重建图像进行分析,分析其诊断效果及价值。结果:MPR诊断时69例分叶征、68例细短毛刺征、62例血管集束征,均多于薄层扫描(P<0.05);两种诊断方法胸膜凹陷、空泡征差异不显著(P>0.05);SSD诊断时66例分叶征、54例胸膜凹陷,多于薄层扫描(P<0.05);SSD诊断中0例空泡征(占0%),低于薄层扫描(P<0.05);两组诊断方法细短毛刺征、血管集束征差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:周围型肺癌发病率较高,临床采用多层螺旋CT多平面重建技术诊断效果理想,值得推广使用。 Purpose: To explore the clinical diagnosis effect of multi planar reconstruction technique of multi-slice spiral CT in peripheral pulmonary carcinoma and its value. Materials and Methods: The related data of 72 patients with peripheral lung cancer diagnosis and treatment to the authorg hospital were analyzed, were treated with multi planar reconstruc- tion technique of 16 slice spiral CT ( multi-plan reconstruction, MPR) of the reconstructed image 'after peripheral lung cancer confirmed by operation or pathology were analyzed, the diagnosis effect and value analysis. Results: MPR diagnosis of 69 cases of lobulation, 68 cases with fine short spiculation, vascular convergence sign in 62 cases, were more than that of thin layer scanning ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; pleural two diagnostic methods sag, vacuole sign did not show significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; SSD diagnosis of 66 cases of lobulation, 54 cases of pleural indentalion, more than TLC scanning ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; SSD diagnosis in 0 cases of vacuole sign (0%) , lower than the thin layer scanning( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; group two diagnosis methods of fine short spiculation, vascularconvergence sign was not significantly difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Peripheral lung cancer high incidence, clinical use of the ideal of multi-slice spiral CT with multi planar reconstruction technique in diagnosis of effect, it is worth to promote use.
