摘要
根据市场营销理论的进化以及企业文化理念 ,提出了企业应如何加强企业文化建设 ,分析了两者相互依存、互为影响的密切关系 ,说明一个企业要维持其可持续性发展并创出自身品牌 ,必须建设优秀的企业文化并将其贯穿于企业的生产经营活动中。
Based on a careful analysis of the evolution of marketing theories and the enterprise cultural concept, this paper explores the interaction between these two elements, discusses how to strengthen cultural construction in enterprises and then puts forward that the excellent enterprise culture must be built up and be merged into the management, if an enterprise wants to seek for the sustainable development and its own famous-brand products.
