摘要
从当代大学生进行心理素质教育的必要性分析入手 ,就影响大学生心理素质的客观因素和主观因素两方面进行了分析。分析认为 ,培养大学生良好的心理素质 ,消除他们的心理障碍 ,已成为一项紧迫而又艰巨的任务 ,对此提出了进行大学生心理素质培养的一些措施。
Beginning with the necessity of education on psychological qualities, this essay analyzes the objective and subjective elements that influence the psychological qualities of college students, which indicates that it's urgent and hard to improve college students' psychological qualities and free them from psychological barriers. Moreover, some relevant countermeasures are also proposed.
