摘要
我国师生互动教学深受凯洛夫模式的影响,存在对教学取向认识不清、形式化互动受到追捧、控制与被控制未从根本上被动摇等现实困境。为此,我们需要深入反思,进一步明确师生互动教学的价值追求及其内涵,立足本国课堂教学实践,准确把握师生互动实质,以学生个性化发展为基本教学取向,推动师生互动逐步走向共生性对话。
Teaching based on teacher-student interaction has influenced by Kairov's teaching mode in China, there are some difficulties in its practice in the classroom, such as that the orientation of teaching is not clear, formal interaction has been pursued, control and being controlled has not been fundamentally shaken, and so on. In the presence of realistic predicament, we need to explore the causes based on our countries' teaching practice. In the future we should further clarify the value pursuit and connotation of the interactive teaching, and grasp the essence of the interaction between teachers and students accurately. We should take the individualized development of students as the basic orientation of teaching, and then promote the teacher-student interaction gradually toward the co-generative dialogues.
