格栅对高速列车设备舱散热性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为研究在裙板不同位置增加格栅对高速列车设备舱散热的影响,建立3种不同设备舱的高速列车空气动力学模型,分别包括原始设备舱、裙板中间增加格栅的设备舱和裙板两端增加格栅的设备舱.基于三维不可压缩N-S方程和k-ε两方程湍流模型,利用FLUENT对250 km/h高速列车设备舱的温度场和流场进行模拟.对列车上行和下行时设备舱的流场与温度场进行分析,比较在不同位置增加格栅时设备舱内温度的变化.结果表明:在裙板不同位置增加格栅对设备舱内的温度场影响较大,在裙板中间增加格栅对头车和中间车设备舱的散热不利,建议在裙板两端增加格栅以更有利于设备舱散热. To study the effect on heat dissipation of high-speed train equipment compartment by adding grille in different locations of skirt plate,three aerodynamics models of high-speed train with different equipment compartments are built,which separately include the original equipment compartment,the equipment compartment with grille added in the middle of skirt plate,the equipment compartment with grille added at two ends of skirt plate. Based on the 3D uncompressible N-S equation and the turbulent model of k-ε two equations, the temperature field and flow field of high-speed train equipment compartment at the speed of 250 km / h are simulated by FLUENT. The flow field and temperature field of equipment compartment are analyzed when train is in up direction and down direction,and the change of temperature in equipment compartment with grille added in different locations is compared. The result shows that,it has great effect on temperature field of equipment compartment by adding grille in different locations of skirt plate; it is bad for heat dissipation of equipment compartment of head car and middle carby adding grille in the middle of skirt plate; it is suggested that the grille should be added at two ends of skirt plate to get better heat dissipation performance for equipment compartment.
