摘要
目的：分析和研究宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床效果。方法选取2012年8月～2014年3月子宫肌瘤患者48例，将其按投币随机法分为试验组与参照组，每组各有患者24例。参照组患者给予宫瘤消胶囊治疗；试验组患者在参照组治疗基础上加用米非司酮治疗，对比治疗效果。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率高于参照组， P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。两组患者治疗前子宫体积和肌瘤体积对比，P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义，治疗后，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论宫瘤消胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床效果确切。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of uterine fibroids and research Gong Xiao Capsule treating unruptured aneurysms. Methods Selected 48 patients with uterine fibroids from August 2012 to 2014 March, which according to the coin randomly divided into observation group and control group, 24 patients in each group. Palace of the control group was treated with tumor elimination capsule treatment, patients were observed in the control group based on the use of mifepristone treatment, compared to the therapeutic effect. Results The patients in the observation group was significantly higher total efficiency, the difference was statistically significant P〈0.05. Two groups of patients before treatment of uterine fibroid volume and the volume of contrast, the difference was not statistically significant P〉0.05, the difference was statistically significant after treatment, P〈0.05. Conclusion The Palace eliminate tumor capsule combined with mifepristone treatment of uterine fibroids exact clinical results.
