摘要
目的：研究三花益肾汤在子宫内膜异位症治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院在2013年8月～2014年12月间收治的78例子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料，将患者分为观察组与对照组，对照组给予常规治疗（孕三烯酮），观察组采用三花益肾汤治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后的盆腔包块、子宫体积、痛经评分、性交痛评分情况。结果观察组治疗后的子宫体积、盆腔包块缩小程度优于对照组，与对照组相比， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论三花益肾汤能够使子宫内膜症患者的临床症状得以改善，缓解疼痛，缩小盆腔包块。
Objective To explore the three lfowers yi shen tang value in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods Selected 78 cases with endometriosis clinical data from August 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital, divided into observation group and control group, the control group received conventional treatment （Gestrinone）, the observation group recived three yi shen tang therapy, compared pelvic volume, uterine volume, dysmenorrhea score and yspareunia score situation before and after.Results Uterine volume results in the observation group after treatment, reduce the degree of pelvic mass than the control group compared with the control group had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Three flowers yishentang enables clinical symptoms in patients with endometriosis can be improved, relieve pain, reduce pelvic mass.
