摘要
目的分析加味补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑血栓的临床应用价值。方法 124例患者按照治疗方法的不同分配为研讨组或对照组。研讨组采用加味补阳还五汤进行治疗;对照组采用曲克芦丁和丹参进行治疗。结果研讨组治疗总有效率96.8%高于对照组总有效率71.0%。结论加味补阳还五汤治疗方法通过中医基本理论为治疗导向,使脑血栓治疗更有效、更加灵活,给患者的康复带来更多理论基础和实践经验。
Objective To explore The clinical application value of Jiawei buyang huanwu decoction in the treatment of cerehral thrombosis.Methods124 patients who according to different treatment methods to distribution of study group or control group. The research group was treated with Jiawei Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The control group were treated with troxerutinand the root of red-rooted salvia.ResultsDiscussion on the treatment group total effective rate 96.8% was signiifcantly higher than the control group in the total efficiency of 71%.Conclusion Jiawei buyang huanwu decoction to cerebral thrombosis treatment is more effective, more lfexible, more theoretical basis and practical experience for the rehabilitation of patients.
