摘要
目的：观察美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法搜集2014年1月～2015年1月我院肠易激综合征40例，根据治疗方式不同将其分成对照组与实验组，每组20例。给予对照组盐酸氟桂利嗪，实验组在对照组基础上应用美沙拉嗪肠溶片。观察并比较两组疗效。结果两组相比，实验组症状积分改善情况较好，治疗有效率较高，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗肠易激综合征疗效确切。
Objective Clinical medication effect of mesalazin enteric-coated tablet in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome is to be observed. Methods Choose 40 patients of irritable bowel syndrome who are treated in hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 and separate them into control group and study group according to different treatment approaches with 20 patients in each group. Patients in control group are given hydrochloride lfunarizine medication treatment, while patients in study group are given mesalazin enteric-coated tablet treatment, and then compare treatment effects between two groups.Results Scores of patients’ symptoms improvements in study group are much better than scores in control group and treatment efficacy in study group is much higher,P〈0.05,there is a treatment differential between two groups.ConclusionMesalazin enteric-coated tablet is of efifcacy in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
