摘要
目的：观察和分析急性心肌梗死急诊溶栓治疗的临床护理效果。方法回顾性分析2013年10月～2014年10月我院收治的急性心肌梗死36例，随机分成两组，每组各18例，两组均给予急诊溶栓治疗，治疗组在此基础上配合护理，观察两组患者的治疗效果及进行统计学分析。结果治疗组总有效率83.33％，高于对照组的66.67％，P＜0.05，差异具有统计意义。两组患者不良反应，P＜0.05差异具有统计意义。结论通过采用急诊溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死，并配合护理，临床疗效明显。
Objective To observe and analyze emergency thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction clinical care effect.Methods Selected 36 cases with acute myocardial infarction from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital, randomly divided into two groups, each group of 18 cases, two groups were given emergency thrombolysis treatment, treatment group on the basis of this with care, to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and statistical analysis.Results The treatment group total effectiveness 83.33%, signiifcantly higher than the control group total effective rate 66.67%, two groups of patients with signiifcant differences statistically significant,P〈0.05. Two groups of patients with adverse reactions has significant difference,P〈0.05, with significant statistical signiifcance.ConclusionThrough the adoption of emergency thrombolytic treatment of acute myocardial infarction cooperated with the care, obvious clinical curative effect.
