摘要
[目的]探讨紫锥菊复方对仔猪的免疫功能的影响,以期为其今后临床应用提供理论依据。[方法]在仔猪日粮中添加不同剂量的紫锥菊复方,检测仔猪外周血淋巴细胞的转化率以及猪呼吸繁殖障碍综合征疫苗的抗体水平,研究紫锥菊复方对猪呼吸繁殖障碍综合征疫苗免疫效果的影响。[结果]一定剂量的紫锥菊复方能显著提高仔猪外周血淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.05),极显著提高猪呼吸繁殖障碍综合征疫苗的抗体水平(P<0.01)。[结论]中药紫锥菊复方对仔猪的免疫功能具有一定的促进作用。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of Echinacea purpurea compound on the immune functions of piglets and provide theoretical basis for its clinical application in the future. [ Method ] Different doses of E. purpurea compound were added in the diet of piglets to detect the transformation rate of lymphocyte in peripheral blood of piglets and antibody levels of swine fever and porcine reproductive respiratory syndrome vaccine. The influences of E. purpurea compound on the immune effects of PRRS vaccine were studied. [ Result] Different doses of E. purpurea compound could significantly enhance the transformation rate of lymphocyte in peripheral blood of piglets（ P 〈 0.05 ） and extremely significantly improve the antibody levels of swine fever and porcine reproductive respiratory syndrome vaccine （ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] The traditional Chinese medicine E. purpurea compound played an important role in promoting immune functions of piglets.
