摘要
[目的]筛选出防治柑橘红蜘蛛的高效杀螨剂,为指导生产合理用药提供理论依据。[方法]采用小区试验研究了6种杀螨剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的田间药效。[结果]6种杀螨剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的防效为68.81%-97.68%。其中,240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂4 800倍稀释液1、3、10、15和30 d防效分别为95.50%、97.68%、94.49%、92.61%和91.55%,而10.5%阿维·哒螨灵乳油1 200倍稀释液相应的防效分别为88.36%、91.27%、94.30%、94.38%和95.78%。[结论]上述2种药剂均表现出较好的速效性和持效性,可在生产上选用于防治柑橘红蜘蛛。
[ Objective ] Efficient acaricides were screened out for controlling Panonychus cirri McGregor so as to provide theoretical basis for reasonable drug-applying in production. [ Method] The field efficacy of six kinds of acaricides on Panonychus citri McGregor was studied by plot test. [ Result] The control effects of six kinds of acaricides against Panonychus citri McGregor were between 68.81% and 97.68%. The control effects of 240 g/L Spirodiclofen SC with 4 800 times against Panonychus citri McGregor were 95.50%, 97.68%, 94.49%, 92.61% and 91.55% in 1,3, 10, 15 and 30 days after treatment respectively, meanwhile the control effects of 10.5 % abamectin · pyridaben E C with 1 200 times were 88.36%, 91.27% , 94.30% , 94.38% and 95.78% , respectively. [ Conclusion] 240 g/L Spirodiclofen SC and 10.5% abamectin · pyridaben EC with excellent quick action and persistence ability can be applied for controlling Panonychtis citri McGregor.
