摘要
[目的]研究最佳的黄根苗木扦插繁殖技术。[方法]采用正交试验设计研究插穗、扦插基质、激素种类、激素浓度对黄根扦插的影响。[结果]黄根扦插效果较好的处理是植物生长调节剂种类为生根粉(ABT)、浓度300 mg/L、扦插基质是腐殖土、插穗为主茎。[结论]通过对黄根枝条类型对扦插成活率与苗木生长影响的分析,加深对黄根不同部位再生能力的了解,可增强以后采样工作的针对性,减少对资源不必要的浪费。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study the best cutting propagation techniques of prismatomeria tetrandra nursery stock. [ Method ] The effects of cuttings, cutting medium, hormone types and hormone concentrations on the cuttings of prismatomeria tetrandra by orthogonal design experiment. [ Result] The cuttings better treatment of prismatomeria tetrandra was plant growth regulator type of ABT (ABT) and the concentration of 300 mg/L, cutting medium was humus soil, cuttings main stem. [ Conclusion ] Through the branches type of prismatomeria tetrandra analysis of the effects on the seedling growth and the survival rate of cuttings, deepen the understanding of the different parts regeneration ability of prismatomeria tetrandra, can enhance the pertinence, of the sampling work to reduce unnecessary waste of resources.
