摘要
[目的]探讨不同春化处理蚕豆芽苗对蚕豆表型的影响。[方法]以鲜食蚕豆通鲜2号为材料,对蚕豆芽苗进行了不同春化温度、时间的二因素裂区试验。[结果]蚕豆的分枝数随着春化温度的升高和春化时间的延长表现出增加趋势,而蚕豆的总荚数随着春化温度的降低和春化时间的延长表现出增加趋势。
[ Method ] To explore the factors affecting phenotypic traits of vicia faba. [ Method ] Using Tongxian 2 as experimental material, designed experiment and statistic analysis results were done though two factors split plot experiment under the different vernalization temperature and time. [ Result ] The results showed that the branch number was increased gradually with raising vernalization temperature and delaying time; the total pods was increased gradually with reducing vernalization temperature and delaying time. [ Conclusion] The study provided theoretical basis for the application of the technology of artificial vernalization of vicia faba sprouts seedlings.
