摘要 微生物技术在处理环境污染物等方面具有成本低、无二次污染、反应条件温和等优点。为从根本上解决环境问题,就环境中微生物的检测为主题,介绍了菌落原位杂交的原理以及在环境微生物检测中的应用。 Microbial technology in the treatment of environmental pollutants has the advantages of low cost, no two pollution, mild reaction conditions etc. In order to fundamentally solve the environmental problems, this paper introduces the principle of colony in situ hybridization and its application in the environmental detection of microorganism.
