摘要
目的评价生脉联合地塞米松治疗放射性肺炎的疗效。方法 30例确诊的放射性肺炎患者给予生脉和地塞米松。结果 30例均可评价疗效,其中显效12例(40.0%),有效15例(50.0%),无效3例(10.0%),总有效率为90.0%。结论生脉联合地塞米松治疗放射性肺炎安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the effect of shengmai plus dexamethasone in the treatment of radiation pneu- monia. Methods Thirty patients with radiation pneumonia were treated with shengmai plus dexamethasone. Results All the 30 patients could be evaluated,the marked effect was observed in the 12 patients （40.0%） ,the effect in the 15 patients （50.0%） ,no effect in the 3 patients （10.0%） ,the total effective rate was 90.0%. Conclusion Shengmai plus dexamethasone is effect and safe in the treatment of radiation pneumonia.
