注意缺陷多动障碍患儿社会功能损害的情况 被引量:18

摘要 目的 通过对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿与健康儿童社会功能的比较,了解ADHD患儿社会功能的损害情况以及核心症状与社会功能损害的相关性.方法 对2010年12月至201 1年9月就诊于第二军医大学长征医院儿科ADHD专科门诊的ADHD患儿(34例)和健康对照组儿童(35例)进行问卷调查评估.采用SNAP-Ⅳ行为量表作为核心症状的评定指标,Weiss's功能缺陷程度评分量表作为社会功能的评定指标.对ADHD患儿和健康儿童的Weiss's功能缺陷程度评分量表的评分结果进行比较,对ADHD患儿的核心症状和社会功能的损害进行相关性分析.结果 ADHD患儿Weiss's功能缺陷程度评分量表总分以及家庭、学校、生活技能、自我管理、社会活动、冒险活动各分值均明显低于健康儿童(P均<0.001).SNAP-Ⅳ量表评分中,对立违抗因子与Weiss's功能缺陷程度评分量表总分呈正相关(r=0.490,P<0.01),但注意力缺陷因子、多动、冲动因子与ADHD患儿社会功能损害总分无相关性.结论 ADHD患儿有明显的社会功能损害,核心症状中对立违抗因子的严重程度与社会功能的损害之间有相关性.
