摘要
国际服务外包市场的不确定性加大了离岸外包的竞争风险,凸显了分析离岸外包领域竞争风险的重要。文章在构建竞争风险评价指标体系的基础上,采用集对方法实证分析离岸外包竞争风险,结果表明:接发包商双方信任的风险、语言障碍和文化差异的风险、依赖失衡的风险、汇率变动的风险、知识转移与知识产权的风险,是离岸外包需要重点防范的风险。最后从离岸外包合同的签订、人力资源的培训、正确选择接包商、建立汇率变动预警机制与监控机制、加强知识产权法律体系建设等方面给出了离岸外包竞争风险防范的策略与建议。
The uncertain international service outsourcing market has increased competitive risks of offshore outsourcing, and highlighted the importance of analysis of the risks. Based on the construction of the competitive risk evaluation index system of offshore outsourcing, the paper conducts an empirical study of the competitive risks of offshore outsourcing. The results show that the risks from mutual trust of contractors, language barriers and cultural differences, dependence imbalance, exchange rate movements, knowledge transfer and intellectual property need to be specially prevented. Finally it provides the competition stratcgies and suggestions to guard against the risk of offshore outsourcing from the offshore outsourcing contracts signed, the training of human resources, the vorrect choice of contractor, the establishment of early warning mechanism of exchange rate changes and monitoring mechanism, strengthen the constructionof legal system of intellectual property rights and so on.
