摘要
大鼠局灶性脑缺血后24h血浆ET-1含量显著升高,t-PA浓度显著降低,而PAI-1无变化。乌龙丹6g/kg对ET升高有显著的对抗作用,而1.5g/kg可使t-PA浓度维持正常水平或增高。
Wulong Dan was a prescription being made into preparation in acoordance our clinical experience. In this paper, we reported the pharmacological action and mechanism of Wulong Dan on a model of focal cerebal ischemic in the rat. The results showed that Wulong Dan has a significant effect of antagonism to increase of endothilin-1(ET-1) concentration and decrease of tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA) activity in the plasma of rats which middle cerebral artery was occluded for 24 hours. It can keep normal vascular endocrine funtion and antagonize the damage of brain ischemia in the rats.
