摘要
为了降低库存费用、保持飞机持续适航、降低航空公司运营成本,通过分析大量的航材可靠性数据,使用SPSS中K-S检验分析得出航材周转件分布模型,进一步确定最优库存量,使航材在订货期间内的保障率达到95%以上。在此基础上建立经济定量订货模型,并用循环剔除法求得季节指数用于对算例进行求解优化,提高航材采购数量的准确性。
In order to reduce the cost of inventory, keep the aircraft airworthiness, reduce the airline operation cost, this paper through analyzing the aviation materials reliability data, using SPSS K-S test analysis the repairable air material distribution model to determine the optimal inventory, make the air material supply rate more than 95%. On the basis of the quantitative order model, the cycle elimination method is used to obtain the seasonal index to solve and optimize the examples, and improve the accuracy of purchasing quantity of air materials.
