摘要
苯酚丙酮废水水质组成成分复杂,污染物浓度较高,采用"LTBR高效生物处理技术+强化Fenton技术"处理工艺对某公司的苯酚丙酮废水进行了现场中试试验研究,并进行了水量冲击试验,结果表明:其主要污染物,如CODCr、挥发酚、石油类等的去除率都达到了99%以上,出水CODCr、BOD5、氨氮、p H、石油类、硫化物、挥发酚、SS、总P、氰化物均达到设计出水指标。该工艺技术可行,污染物降解能力强,处理效率高,处理效果好,为苯酚丙酮废水处理工程应用提供了新思路。
Phenol-acetone wastewater has complicated composition and high concentration pollutants. In this paper,an integrated process of LTBR plus enhanced fenton method is adopted to carry out a fieldpilot test on phenol-acetone wastewater. And water impact tests are also taken. The results indicate that the removal rate of the main pollutants such as CODCr,volatile phenol and petroleum oils are up to 99%.The CODCr,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen,p H,petroleum oils,sulfide,volatile phenol,SS,total P and cyanide of effluent could comply with the designed extracted water index. This method is proved to be technically feasible with high pollutant degradation ability,high efficiency and good treatment effect. It provides a new idea for the engineering application of phenol-acetone wastewater treatment.
