摘要
目的探析责任制全程护理模式在院前急救中的应用效果与临床价值。方法选择我院2013年11月至2014年10月期间出诊所收治286例急诊患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(145例)和对照组(141例)。对照组采取常规急救护理,观察组应用责任制全程护理模式。比较两组患者依从性、死亡率、急救出错率和护理满意率。结果观察组依从性和护理满意率分别为93.8%、97.9%,均显著高于对照组的86.5%和86.5%;观察组的院前、院内死亡率以及急救出错率分别为0.7%、0.7%和2.1%,均显著低于对照组的7.1%、6.4%和9.9%;差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任制全程护理模式在院前急救中的应用可有效提高急救工作效率与患者依从性,为患者抢救与治疗赢得时机,提高抢救成功率与患者护理满意率,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To study the application effect and clinical value of responsibility system whole nursing mode in pre-hospital rescue. Methods 286 emergency patients treated in our hospital from November 2013 to October 2014 were selected as objects and randomly divided into observation group （145 cases） and control group （141 cases）. The control group was given routine emergency nursing, the observation group was given responsibility system whole nursing. The compliance, mortality, error rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction rate in two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate and nursing satisfaction rate of observation group were 93.8%and 97.9%respectively, significantly higher than 86.5% and 86.5% of control group; the pre-hospital mortality, in-hospital mortality and emergency error rate of observation group were 0.7%, 0.7%and 2.1%respectively, significantly lower than 7.1%, 6.4%and 9.9%of control group;all the difference was statistical （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The responsibility system whole nursing mode can effectively improve the emergency work efficiency and patients＇ compliance in application of pre-hospital rescue, and win the opportunity of patients＇; rescue and treatment, improve the success rescue rate and patients＇; nursing satisfaction rate, which is worthy of reference in clinic.
