摘要
针对我国南方地区土壤粘性大加重常规深松铲工作阻力的问题,研制一种入土性能好、工作阻力小的凿型深松铲,并通过改进凿型铲刀的边缘形状和入土角度、铲柄的形状曲线来实现。同时,借助ANSYS Work bench对设计的铲刀进行结构静力学分析,结果表明:在最大耕深的条件下,深松铲最大应力和应变分别为378.82MPa和0.0019mm,小于深松铲所选材料的屈服强度。这表明,设计合理,可为南方深松铲的设计提供可行方案。
According to the cohesive soil in southern China aggravated the conventional deep loosening shovel working re -sistance problems , a soil of good performance and small working resistance of the chisel type deep loosening shovel is de -veloped .To achieve the target , the edge shape and the penetration angle of the chisel type blade and the shape of the shovel handle curve are improved.Using ANSYS workbench to design the blade structural statics analysis, with the analysis of deep tillage conditions at the maximum, the maximum stress and strain are respectively 378.82MPa and 0.001 9mm, less than the deep loosening shovel selected material yield strength , illustrated that the design is reasona-ble, to provide feasible scheme design for the Southern Deep loosening shovel .
