摘要
在高校毕业生就业日趋严峻的背景下,通过对宁波地区部分高校的问卷调查,运用多独立样本非参数检验分析、相关分析和层次回归分析方法,实证研究大学生社团经历与就业力的关系。结果表明:学生参与社团的数量和社团类型对就业力无影响;社团职务和参与深度对就业力有显著正影响。大学生社团发展的制约性因素主要为参与社团的深入度和均衡度不足,且目的性不明。
Under the tough situation of occupation, this paper engaged in empirical research on the relevance between club participation experience and employability through questionnaires investigation on Ningbo college students with the application of nonparametric test based on multiple individual samples,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, which indicated that increase in quantity and type of club participation did entail high employability; rather, positions and participation have profoundly positive effects on it. Meanwhile, the lower participation in the students association, the lack of balance of participations and the unclear purpose to participate in the associate are the main factors which hindered the development of the students＇ association.
