线性聚能射流作用下岩石裂纹扩展数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,建立楔形药型罩厚度为0.2cm,锥角分别为45°、60°、90°,炸高为4cm的三种线性聚能药包劈裂岩石的数值模型,对比分析三种不同锥角聚能药包劈裂岩石的裂纹扩展情况。结果表明:当药型罩锥角为45°时,岩石形成较为完整的断裂裂纹,且对劈裂过程进行力学分析得到岩石裂纹扩展方向是由射流作用在岩石内部的拉应力集中程度决定的,可为聚能射流在抢险工作中以及不打孔定向破碎岩石的应用提供参考。 ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element analysis software was used to analyze the crack develop- ment using linear shaped charge to split rock. The thickness of the wedge model is 0.2cm, the cone angles are 45°, 60°, 90° and blasting height is 4cm. The crack extension of the rock split by shaped charge were compared. The results showed that when the liner cone angle was 45°, relatively complete crack were formed. The mechanical of splitting process was studied that the directions of rock crack extension depen- ded on the tensile stress concentration degree of rocks interior. It could provide a reference for the applica- tion of jet in rescue work and no drilling to directional broken rock.
