摘要
应用SIMPACK软件建立装用三大件转向架的某型敞车重车动力学模型,结合Archard磨耗模型预测车轮磨耗趋势,对比分析了4种不同形式轮径差对轮缘磨耗的影响规律。结果表明:在4种形式轮径差下,轮径差小于6mm时,导向轮对小半径车轮磨耗发生在踏面区域;轮径差大于6mm后将发生轮缘磨耗;后轮对轮径差导致小半径车轮磨耗集中在踏面区域内,磨耗深度相对均匀,车轮呈现面磨耗趋势;其他形式轮径差大于6mm后将导致小半径车轮轮缘磨耗显著,车轮呈现点磨耗趋势。
In order to analysis the effect of four different types wheel diameter difference on flange wear of the three piece freight bogie, one loaded gondola wagon dynamic model is buih in SIMPACK software, and the wheel wear volumes were calculated by Archard wear model. The simulation results are: for four different types wheel diameter difference, wear mainly occurs within wheel tread region if wheel diameter difference less than 6ram; when wheel diameter difference larger than 6mm, the flange wear of the wheel with smaller diameter occurs. The diameter difference of rear wheelset could result in wear mainly occurring within wheel tread region and wear depth uniform relatively, so the so-called surface wear occurs. When wheel diameter difference larger than 6mm, other types of wheel diameter difference could result in wear mainly occurring within wheel flange region and then the point wear occurs.
