摘要
目的：探究慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用中医治疗的方法和疗效。方法选取2013年8月～2014年9月收治的40例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组24例采用中医自拟益气养阴汤的治疗，对照组16例患者选择常规的西医治疗，对比患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗有效率为91.67%，对照组患者治疗有效率为75.0%。两组患者的治疗效果差异较为显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用中医自拟益气养阴汤的治疗，可消除身体的不适症状，改善胃黏膜病变部位的情况，促使腺体得到再生，效果显著，值得推荐。
Objective Treatment approach and its effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of chronic gastritis are to be investigated. Methods Choose 40 chronic gastritis patients who are treated in hospital from August 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random;24 patients in study group are given Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing treatment,while 16 patients in control group are given conventional western medication treatment,and then compare treatment effects between two groups. Results Treatment effect in study group is up to 91.67%; while treatment effect in control group is 75.0%; there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is of efficacy in treatment of chronic gastritis;it is conducive to relieving patients’uncomfortable symptoms and improving their gastric mucosal lesions which is significant for regeneration of glands;such an effective treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y.
