摘要
本文研究了钇对挤压Mg-6Gd-x Y合金的显微组织、时效析出以及常温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,添加稀土元素Y之后,合金的挤压态组织得到细化,但时效态组织细化不明显,时效后形成镁的稀土相Mg(Gd,Y)的强化相,使抗拉强度提高34~81MPa;合金的显微硬度随Y含量增加提高20HV,时效峰值的出现时间因Y的添加提前35h。
Effects of yttrium on the microstructures, aging behavior and tensile property of extruded Mg-6Gd-x Y magnesium alloy were investigated. The results indicate that yttrium can refine extruded microstructure of Mg-6Gd-x Y magnesium alloy while grain refinement is not obvious at aging stage. RE containing phases Mg(Gd,Y) is formed with RE addition so that tensile strength can be improved from 34 MPa to 81 MPa at room temperature. The microhardness value was slight raised from 93 HV to 113 HV. The time of generation of the aging peak value advance 35 hours owning to the addition of the yttrium.
