摘要
新加坡在培养教师的过程中出现了很多问题,如高素质的教师数量不足,男女教师比例不协调;教师教育的理论学习与实践时间安排不合理;教师教育课程开发与设置欠缺等。针对这些问题,新加坡政府也采取了一系列的措施,其中一些取得了较为明显的成效,而有些措施则成效不佳。这对于解决目前我国教师教育政策执行过程中存在的问题具有一定的启示价值,同时也有一定的借鉴意义。
In the process of training teachers,Singapore＇s concrete measures also have a lot of problems such as the shortage of high-quality teachers,the unharmonious ratio of male and female teachers,the unreasonable arrangement between theoretical study time and practice time in pre-service teacher education,the lacking of Development and setting of Teacher Education.To solve these problems,the Singaporean government has taken a series of measures,some of which do have obvious achievements,while some measures are not.All of these play an important role in solving the problems of teacher education in the process of policy implementation in our country.
