恙虫病流行特征及危险因素研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 恙虫病是一种由恙虫立克次体引起并通过恙螨叮咬传播的自然疫源性疾病,广泛流行于包括中国在内的亚洲环太平洋地区。近年来全球范围报告病例数的不断增多引起了世界多国的关注和大量的调查研究,而空间流行病学原理和方法在很多研究中发挥了重要的作用,主要介绍目前世界多个国家和地区对恙虫病流行特征和危险因素的最新研究进展,重点突出空间流行病学在其中的应用,明确恙虫病的主要危险因素和今后的研究方向。
