摘要
目的分析张家港市疾病控制实验室参加比对/能力验证状况,指导实验室有效实施质量控制,为能力验证组织方提供参考。方法对张家港市2010-2014年疾病控制实验室参加比对/能力验证资料进行统计分析。结果参加上级业务主管部门组织能力验证多,能力验证领域分布不均匀,参加疾病控制、食品及相关产品、生活饮用水能力验证多,化妆品类产品参加能力验证相对少。实验室能力验证基本覆盖主要化学分析方法,使用原子吸收分析最多,其次为液相色谱分析,重量分析及其他小型设备使用较少。结论密切关注能力验证领域分布均匀性,加强实验室资金投入和参加活动主动性,进一步提高检测技术水平。
Objective To analyze the results of interlaboratory comparisons and laboratory proficiency testing,guide laboratory quality control,and provide reference for the relevant organization.Methods Analyzed 2010 to 2014 data of interlaboratory comparisons and laboratory proficiency testing organized by higher department.Results The departments had high participation in the laboratory proficiency testing.Participation was uneven amongst the departments.Main participating departments included disease control,food and related products,and water and related products.Most samples were food microorganism,and the second was heavy metals.The participation by cosmetics departments was the least.The laboratory proficiency test covered most of the chemical analytical methods.The atomic absorption analysis（AAS） was the most commonly used method,high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） was the second and the gravimetric analysis and other small instrument analysis were the least commonly used method.Conclusion Close attention should be paid to the distribution of the uniformity of the testing content.Laboratory funding should be increased,the initiative to participate in activities should be promoted,and the technique of the proficiency monitoring should be improved.
