摘要
注水水质直接影响油田的开发效果,劣质水可直接堵塞油层渗滤端面,导致注水井吸水能力下降、注入压力升高、进一步加剧了储层的非均质性。本文通过对现场注入水检测分析,进而对地层的损害程度进行了室内评价。现场注入水SS/d/O三项指标均超标,40 PV和100 PV时损害率高达40%和85%左右,注水堵塞严重。利用油田注水决策系统模拟器UTWID 6.0模拟了在现场注入水水质标准下的注水井污染半径及吸水能力。模拟结果显示,单井的吸水能力维持在330天,即解堵周期为330天/次为佳,半衰期为100天,污染半径为2.0 m,为下步改善注水效果提供基础。
As everyone knows water quality directly affects the development of the oil- field. Poor quality water can be directly blocked reservoir percolation end,resulting in reducing the injectivity of well and increasing the injection pressure.Therefore intensified the further exacerbating the heterogeneity of reservoir.In this paper through analysis on detection of the injected-water, make the laboratory evaluation of the damage to the formation. The three indexes SS/d/O of the injected-water all exceed the standard and the damage rate is as high as 40 % and 85 % when injection volume are 40 PV and 100 PV.The evaluation result is that water blocked seriously.Simulation of UTWID 6.0 called decision system of field water-flood was used to calculate the contaminated radius and absorbing capacity of the injection well at the standard of injected water in place.The results showed that absorbing capacity of the injection well maintained at 330 days,namely the blocking cycle was at best of 330 days, which had a half-life of 100 days,pollution radius of 2.0 m,and provides a basis for the next step in improving the effect of water injection.
