摘要
耕地整理是土地整理的一项基础工作。依据潜力评价原则和目标,从确定方案、潜力评价方法、分值计算、综合定级和分析级别等方面,探讨耕地整理潜力评价方法。以期在评价工作中做到社会效益、经济效益和生态环境效益的统一。
Arable land consolidation is a basic work of land consolidation. On the basis of potential evaluation principles and objectives,potential of cultivated land consolidation evaluation method was explored from determining scheme,potential evaluation method,calculation of scores,comprehensive classification and level analysis,in order to achieve the unity of social benefit,economic benefit and ecological environment benefit in the evaluation work.
