摘要
随着我国航空航天工业、电子工业、汽车工业以及模具工业飞速发展,在相关制造业领域中高速切削技术与加工新型难加工材料技术广泛应用,因此对刀具的耐用度有了更高的要求。硬质合金基CVD金刚石涂层刀具非常适合加工复合材料、石墨、陶瓷以及有色金属,因此得到广泛应用。如何提高金刚石涂层与硬质合金基体之间的附着力一直是CVD金刚石涂层刀具研发的关键问题。通过施加中间过渡层,降低钴粘结相的催石墨化作用,改善薄膜与衬底之间的附着力,取得了显著的效果。本文介绍了近年来中间过渡层的研究进展,分析了中间过渡层技术所存在的不足,并对未来研究趋势进行了展望。
With the rapid development of aviation industry,aerospace industry,electronic industry,automotive industry and mould industry,the application of high speed cutting technology and new hard machining materials has placed higher demands on manufacturing tools.The chemical vapol-deposition(CVD)diamond-coated tungsten carbide tools are well suited for machining composite,graphite,ceramic and nonferrous metal.Adhesion improvement of diamond coatings is key to the development of optimal diamond coated cutting tools.The application of interlayer can reduce the graphitization of binder phase Co and contribute to the improvement of adhesion between diamond films and substrates.This review covers the development situation of interlayer technology in the deposition of diamond films on tungsten carbide substrates,analyzes existing problems in this field,and addiesses the future research prospects.
