合肥市某三甲医院2009-2014年隐翅虫皮炎门诊患者的流行特征分析

Analysis on the epidemic features of outpatients with Paederus dermatitis in a tertiary hospital of Hefei City,2009-2014

摘要 目的了解合肥市某三甲医院隐翅虫皮炎门诊患者的发病时间、发病年龄及性别的分布特征,为预防该病提供科学依据。方法对2009年9月-2014年8月在合肥市某三甲医院门诊确诊为隐翅虫皮炎的1 004例患者的就诊资料进行统计分析,分析该病的发病时间、发病年龄及性别的分布特征。结果每年隐翅虫皮炎患者均自4月份开始逐渐增多,到6月份达到发病高峰,一直持续到9月份发病均较多,10月份开始呈现明显下降趋势,11月以后至次年的3月该病的发病人数均较低;患者的发病年龄在2个月-88岁之间,平均年龄为(25.41±1.15)岁,其中男性578例,平均年龄为(24.78±11.50)岁,女性426例,平均年龄为(26.27±11.38)岁,男女之比为1.36∶1,男性和女性的平均年龄差异有统计学意义(t=2.03,P=0.043)。该病好发于16-31岁的青少年中。结论隐翅虫皮炎好发于4-10月份,尤其在6-9月份期间为该病的发病高峰;16-31岁的人群好发,且男性患者相对较多。在隐翅虫皮炎高发季节,应加强对青少年群体的防制。 Objective To evaluate the distribution of the onset,age and gender in the outpatients with Paederus dermatitis in a tertiary hospital of Hefei city,so as to provide data for control and prevention of the disease. Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was used for the data analysis,1 004 outpatients from September 2009 to August 2014 in the hospital clinic were recruited,the time of disease onset and age distribution of the disease were analyzed. Results The number of patients with Paederus dermatitis was increasing since April in each year,reached peaks in June,which lasted through the whole September,and showed a decrease in October. From November to March of the following year,the incident number of the disease maintained at a lower level. The age of onset ranged from 2 months to 88 years,with a mean age of( 25. 41 ± 1. 15). There were 578 male patients and 426 female patients with a male to female ratio of 1. 36 ∶ 1,the mean age of male patients( 24. 78 ± 11. 50) and female patients( 26. 27 ± 11. 38) had significant difference( t = 2. 03,P = 0. 043). Paederus dermatitis frequently occurs in the age group of 16 to 31. Conclusions The peak incidence of Paederus dermatitis appeared from April to October,especially from June to September. Paederus dermatitis occurs in the age of 16 to 31,and the male patients are more than the female. In the high occurrence season,it is crucial to strengthen the education and effective prevention for the risk population.
