摘要
重复故障给飞行安全和经济效益带来很大的影响。本文分析了中国南方航空股份有限公司机务系统运行的主要特点：机队大、基地多。在研究中国民航总局和南航股份有限公司对管理机队重复故障要求的基础上，提出了采用四位客户化后的ATA100代码捕获和管理机队重复故障的方法，详细描述了重复故障从发生、捕获、控制、一直到关闭的整个过程。同时，提出了建立符合多基地、大机队特色的专家会诊系统，集中分布在各基地的技术力量，以达到尽快排除重复故障的目的。南航机务系统管理重复故障的方法为大规模机队、多维修基地运行的航空公司提供了一定的借鉴。
Repetitive failures are of great influence on flight safety and economic benefit. The operational charac- ters of maintenance ＆ engineering system in China Southern Airlines are of big fleet and multi bases. Based on the requirements of Civil Aviation Administration of China and China Southern Airlines, capture and manage the fleet repetitive failures by the four same customized ATA100 code is proposed. The entire cycle of the repetitive failure from happening, capture, management to closure is described. Meanwhile in order to perform the repeti tive failures troubleshooting, how to establish the Experts Diagnosis System to integrate the power of specialists located in the multi-bases all over the country is discussed. The method that China Southern Airlines manage the fleet repetitive failures is worthy of their reference, especially for those airlines that have a big fleet and multi maintenance bases.
