摘要
目的观察中药热奄包结合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍合并蒸发过强性干眼的临床疗效。方法蒸发过强性干眼患者60例随机分为治疗组30例60眼，对照组60眼。对照组采用清洁睑缘皮肤，再以氧氟沙星眼液和聚乙二醇眼液点眼，氧氟沙星跟膏涂睑缘。治疗组在对照组的基础上予以中药热奄包、睑板腺治疗以及患者自行按摩。治疗结束后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100％，对照组总有效率为76．6％，二者相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中药热奄包联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍合并蒸发过强型干眼有良好疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of meibomian gland massage with Chinese medicine hot package for treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction combined with evaporative dry eye. Methods 60 cases with evaporative dry eye were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, 30 cases （60 eyes） in each group. The control group was treated by eyelid rim skin cleaning, topical ofloxacin and polyethylene eye drops and ofloxaein eye ointment. The treatment medicine package and meibomian massage besides the group was given hot compress therapy with Chinese treatment in other group. Results The total effective rate was 100% in treatment group compared with 76.6% in control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine hot package with meibomian gland massage therapy has some effect on meibomian gland dysfunction combined evaporative dry eye.
