摘要
青光眼是全球导致视力丧失的主要眼病之一，仅次于白内障。但因疾病早期特征往往不明显而不易诊断，以致视神经的损害进行性加重，对视力造成不可逆的损伤。故对本病的早期诊断尤为重要。本文通过记录及分析一例正常眼压性青光眼（normal tension glaucoma，NTG）病例，以期获取大家对正常眼压性青光眼诊断的重视。
Glaucoma is one of the eye diseases, after cataract, which lead to loss of vision. Since diagnosing glaucoma is difficult because of its symptoms＇ characteristics are not obvious in early stage, it would loss the vision irreversibly through damaging the optic nerve progressively. So it＇s significant to diagnose glaucoma early. By recording and analyzing a case of normal tension glaucoma （TNG） in this paper in order to attract attention to diagnosis.
